Stir Fry

I LOVED LOVED LOVED the stir fry! It was a frozen one w/noodles. And a good thing I PLANNED that cuz I forgot to cover the chops while cooking them and they were DRY AS A BONE!  And I had bought some curry sauce at Aldi eons ago and I used that--OMW! YUMMY!!!!!! I also added a jar of bamboo shoots.

Dh was a good sport about it (did refuse to try the curry sauce!LOL) and I said something about having it on Friday (I usually serve leftovers again 2 days later) and he said, oh w/fish? Ummmmmmm SHOOT!LOL So in the freezer hte remaing chops went!LOL
