It was a HIT! I made 24 potato cakes and there were 3 left and 2.66lbs of corned beef and there is enough for Mat's lunch today!LOL Mat and DH really went to town on the meat! We talked about Ireland a bit so I got some school in!LOL I had forgotten how much I enjoyed that meal, too!

I like the lavendar background...your blog is really pretty. I keep checking to hear how your MIL is doing. I'm so sorry her illness is advancing so quickly. It has to be very painful for all of you. new background. I had forgotten about potato pancakes. What fun it is to remember. My mom and I use to make them when I was a kid. Thanks for the memory.
