Bagels and carpet ;)

I just pulled the bagels out of hte oven. I used more yeast time and they do seem a bit puffier so I hope they aren't as dense. I love them, but now I"m ready to start tweaking the recipe.;)

And DH wants to go look at carpet this afternoon. The place he suggested is closed so I'm going to suggest another one in a different town, where I could also look for shirts for the boys cuz SIL struck out last night.

I just learned how to make bagels as well. I have played around with the recipe as well with successes and failures. They are very yummy however and not as hard to make as one might think. PLus they are a lot cheaper than buying them in the bakery at the store!
