Weekly menu

Sunday night: cardboard pizza

Monday: spaghetti (1lb of meat, 16oz of sauce and whole wheat noodles)

Tuesday: bacon and eggs (1 lb of bacon and 8 eggs)

Wed: cheeseburgers (no bun cuz we are out of bread!LOL) and steamed veggies (1 lb of hamburger and 1 bag of frozen california blend)

Thurs: hopefully leftover chili from the freezer (need to go find it!LOL)

Friday: probalby eating out since we are going to the ILs. I know we aren't eating here at least.

Sat: ILs

Sun: probably another cardboard pizza--that's just cheap and easy when we get back from traveling. FTR, I use one and doctor it a teeny bit and there is never enuf for me to eat so I usually don't eat or just eat a hardboiled egg in those instances.

What may I ask is a cardboard pizza?Also I hope that you eat something other than just a hardboiled egg on card board pizza night. I would hate to think any hard working Mommy was starving herself in the name of frugality! :)

~~cardboard pizza is what I call the frozen pizza from Aldi. I meant to explain that and forgot. The crust is just like cardboard to me,b ut my oldest LOVES it!LOL It's $1.99 and I get the sausage (ha ha) and add pepperoni (and cheese if I have it). Usually after traveling, I've stuffed myself like a pig and am not hungry anyway so I just get a little bit of protein so I can take my meds w/o upsetting my stomach. It's all good.;)
