The beach looks a little better than when we left in May. Not too much different though. Too bad ya'll couldn't get over to Bay St. Louis or Waveland... the beach is okay over there to go in the water. My SIL and her family have gone in the water in Gulfport though. They're moving to Slidell in a week.

Your pictures are great. Who did you go with? We have wanted to take our family down and help also. We are only about 5 hours away.

~~We were involved with the Methodist church, but they take anyone from what I understand.;) I'm sure you could just call random churches down there and ask if you can stay. We had to pay for staying at the church ($3/night/person) and for food. Food is dependent on the cooks that week. Ours charged $6/day/person.
