Still don't know.......

The ILs called and they still don't know when they are coming out this weekend. It's either Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon. MIL's sister is going out of town and their mom gets upset about those kinds of things so they might wait to leave until Sat. However FIL wants to come out here Friday for some reason.

I have to admit that for me, Saturday would almost be easier. It would give me time to get my baking and cookign done. I am makign another giant heart shaped sugar cookie and lemon bars for the weekend. I also need to assemble a bfast casserole.

Tomorrow is the funeral and I pray it goes well. I am leaving the boys at my moms. They usually come w/me for these types of things, but I am not sure what all is going to happen so I'd rather leave them at my parents. ANd if DH is going to be home late, I'll just stay at my parents for supper. That would mean NO COOKING for me tomorrow!

Supper went well. After being wishywashy due to the weather front giving me a raging headache, I opted for smoked chops, fake mashed potatoes (colored pink) and green beans. I flavored the icing on the sugar cookie cherry (the icing was pink).  IT tasted pretty good, but I need to break the rest up and put it in a container.

And now I'm trying to stay awake. It's only 7:30 and there is no reason in sleeping now. I should go get everyting ready for tomorrow. I need to leave at 9:30, which should easily be doable since I normally leave at 8:30 on Wed.

And no call from teh jeweler yet. I guess I won't get my wedding rings back until Friday. OH well...........I just kind of miss them.
