Made it to town and back--barely. Fog was super thick this am and some idiot was barreling down the middle of the road and we nearly collided head on. But we had a very nice time. I made a necklace and matching earring in MOMS! FUN FUN FUN!!!!!!! Then we dropped my mom's ring off at the jeweler (long story) and went to both banks. Then to Bk and I got my side salad and to Arby's for the boys. The debit card was giving them a weird code that no one had seen. Three times. Fine. I didn't have any of MY cash on me and no checkbook. We go to McD's and Mat was pouting. As if I was any happier--I can't stand our local McD's. My transaction was flat out denied, but I had some McBucks so they did get to eat. I was kind of worried cuz we are cutting it close int he checkbook,b ut things shoudl've been fine. So I call the bank and they HOT CARDED MY DEBIT CARD!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the second time in less than a year. While I"m glad they are proactive about precautionary measures, they need to come up w/a notification system and I told them so! Well we are trying to call all 150 ppl affected. This happened yesterday. Sorry, but I have been in banking and there is NO EXCUSE for not having notified ppl. I'll bet copious amts of money that I NEVER get a call. Well you'll get a card in 7-10 days. Yes, that's great, but it didn't really help me since I'm stuck in town w/no money (no branch in that town)! I finally got her to CONFIRM that DH's works and I'll just use his card until I get my new one.

Then off to library adn I filled in those who missed the meeting and then picked up my mom's ring.

Supper is roast in the crock pot and I'll steam the veggies when DH gets home. Mat had no children to watch at MOMS so there is a $5 savings.;) And he got all his school done then.
