Tired Tuesday--homeschool and SNOW!

I'm just coming up for air! Joey saw the snow and it's ALL that he talked about! But I didn't want to go out in it so he had to wait for Mat to get done. Snow was a great incentive for that!LOL He didn't do a test, but I didn't know about it and neither did he so he can do it after lunch.

We had our HS teaching mtg last night. A nice turn out and the lady doing the 'special' class for us ROCKS!!!! She has 5 boys (grown adn gone from what I understand)!LOL Indoctrination enuf for this!LOL She showed us the gourds that she has used a wood burner on--OMW! They are BEYOND GORGEOUS! She had one that she turned into a doll, some get turned into lamps, etc. AMAZING stuff. And she says that she's not had a child yet that couldn't do it! She has the wood burners and they are her own gourds so cost should be minimal! If this pulls off like I think tho, I want to collect money to get her a gift cert somewhere. ANd it's just so refreshing to talk to the moms there. 2 of us hung around afterwards and I just love listening to them. I came home and washed up the dishes and cleaned the kitchen and crawled in bed.

I slept HARD. I did not wake up until 7:59--my exercise show is on at 8! I didn't even know if DH had given Joey something for bfast (Mat was still sleeping)!! I ran downstairs and worked out and even then I had my eyes closed thru the warmup--I just could NOT wake up! Mat woke up and got right to schoolwork and I got to work on the HS stuff. I need everything turned back in by next Monday adn that still only gives the teachers 1.5 weeks to get ready! Because of how we arranged classes, I'm now teaching basic anatomy to preschool-2nd grade! NOT REALLY WHAT I HAD PLANNED!LOL So I need to find more things for them to do. I have something around the 5 senses that incorporates a snack--always a good thing!LOL But I need more.

Then phone calls to make in regards to the HS and then I FINALLY got in the shower!!!!!!!!!!! My neighbor called to tell me about the new Vera Bradley patterns. They aren't on their website, but are plastered all over ebay.

Lastly, my sister called to tell me that her 19-20week US was yesterday adn everything is GOOD! All the pieces and parts in the right places! And she did go to the service for Baby Joey (who died last week) and said that it was nice. But, and you need to know my mom to truly appreciate this, she asked my mom if the father's dad was a preacher. My mom said, no, he's a baptist.ROTFL!!!!!!!!!!!! SHe obviously misheard my sister, but my sister said, so, his name is John?ROTFL!!!!!!!!!

Ok, the boys are outside and I need to go check on them again.
