checking things off the list..........

Ok, checking things off my list this today! I took a few minutes out to watch the funeral (I've seen NO NEWS since before Christmas! I learned of Saddam's hanging when Father mentioned it at church!), but have the 3rd load in, showered and made the French toast casserole for MOMS tomorrow. I just finished up the HS newsletter and burned my pics to get them developed tomorrow.  I need to vacuum and get HS tracker updated.

And we are having mashed potatoes w/the meatloaf for supper. Tomorrow's supper is raost in teh CP and steamed veggies sinc we'll be gone the bulk of the day.

And Mat is having a bad day. I thought it would go well since he slept until 9:45, but that was not to be. He got upset when he couldn't find a guide for his logiblocks. Well I knew I had thrown it away when I pulled it out of the washer,b ut didn't tell him. He was not calming down and starting on school 30 min later so I got it out of the trash and showed him, which resulted in immediate tears and some drawn out drama, but it's all over now so he can work on school. Sadly, he's STILL on the 1st subject!!!!! ARHG!!!!!!!!!! He's got 3 left! So I just gave him a time limit and we'll see how that goes. We'll all tired and cranky and readjusting to 'normal' so I wasn't sure how far to push him.
