Messed up Menu........

OK, since the corned beef is gone, that totally shoots my idea of cheesy potatoes and corned beef in teh CP for tomorrow. I dont' think I said that I didn't know that EVERYONE loves corned beef that was here last night! Mat wanted them to come over but not for supper so he didn't have to share it!ROTFLF!!!!!!!!!! And everyone was trying to be polite nad not eat the last piece.......LOL

I had meatloaf planned for tonight (making two w/3 lbs of meat (2 sausage and 1 hamburger). Probably california veggies (steamed) to go w/it.

And then I guess a roast for tomorrow. We are gone most of the day so I need a meal that cooks itself. My issue is that I usually do steamed cali veggies w/that nad that would be 3 meals in a row of those!LOL So I may make mashed potatoes tonight. The boys would be thrilled anyway.
