Decluttering!!!!!!

Ok, boys clothes are SORTED AND DONE!!!!!!! I've got the (ginormous) pile to ship, the pile for good will and the rest are put away. Dh put up all the baby blankets in one of the bins that we emptied. We emptied two!!!!!!! So that's done until next fall.......and we FINALLY got to the size where I started hanging them all in Mat's room so there wasn't tons to drag up from the basement. I'm so grateful for that. I really only have 1-2 more bins down there w/6-a very few 8s. This also helps to keep the clothes to a minimum. I got so many things so cheap at garage sales! I have stopped garage saling and that's really limited the amt of clothing. We rely on hand me downs and fill in the rest w/clearacne. Altho I'm ticked at DH. I had 4 pair of brand new (w/tags) size 10 tennis shoes and 2 were being used (one play and one good) and he cut the tags off the other 2!!!!!!! ARGH!!!!!!!!!! Oh well.......

And my parents and sister and BIL are coming over for supper (corned beef, steamed veggies and SAUERKRAUT--since my parents love it!) and I've got a stack of baby stuff for my sister to sort thru. The rest is going to MOMS on Wed and Goodwill after that. Dh should be happy w/how much is leaving this house...........

That must feel good to end the old year and begin the new one by decluttering! I should follow your example!!!
