This is a reminder to myself to NOT lay off the workouts! I didn't work out over the weekend (as usual) or Mon or Tues--OUCH! I'm just not a flexible person to begin with and when I don't I get sooooooo tight! Today's workout wasn't so much hard as it was that I was too tight to hardly bend over!

I need to start a workout regime...I use to run but my knees can't take it anymore! Maybe that will be one of my New Year's Resolutions!
