fudge recipe

This fudge is VERY easy--the only downside is that it needs to be refrigerated.

Chocolate Peanut Butter fudge

12 oz of chocolate chips

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla

6 oz of peanut butter chips

Melt chocolate chips, milk and vanilla in a heavy sauce pan on teh stove (stir constantly) until smooth. Add peanut butter chips and stir just to distribute. Pour into 8x8 foil lined pan. Store in the frig.

VERY good and VERY easy. I only had the PB/Choco swirl chips and used the whole bag (10oz). It's all good.;)

I make a dark chocolate fudge similar to this. It is so nice to just throw it together when everything else can get time consuming!
