Sunday.......

Whew! It was a pretty good day for the most part. We went to church and then met everyone at LONG JOHN SILVERS (one of my fav places to eat and I get there about once a year!LOL)! Too much grease tho!LOL And my dad accidently picked up the wrong order and didn't know it until mom asked where her chicken was (it was a fish meal). Dad had already plunged in. They were delivering hte food so dad had just stuck his hand up!  Then the other ppl hadn't gotten there food and oh ugh. Anyway dad finally found hte manager and told her what he did and she said that was fine. Mom was not happy that she didn't get chicken tho!LOL

So then we came home to put up the tree. We've never done this as a family before. It's not something that I enjoy (at all) and figured we had the time so why not. I'm glad we're still married!LOL Dh couldn't find the lights and looked for them for who knows how long. There were in teh box I said they were. Then one of the 3 sets quit working and again he spent at least an hour on that. We only had about 2 hours to get the tree up. So the boys and I just stuck two puny strands on there and started throwing ornaments on. Then Dh emerges w/another strand of lights and put them on OVER everything else! It's a pretty tree to say the least.............

Then to drop the boys off at kid's club and I was going to find a camera for an online friend. I got that and raced back to church only to learn that I was 30 min early for the evening service (the rest of Lee Strobel's Case for Christmas)!LOL Then home to crash. I had a HORRIBLE headache yesterday morning and it was gone by last night and I was THRILLED!

And somehow thruout yesterday's lunch, my sister roped my brother and his 2 children into coming over to help make candy today!!!!! I was NOT sure there was a Hallmark card for that!LOL
