Baked Potato Casserole

A friend online gave us this recipe. We're having it tonight for supper w/smoked pork chops and a salad--YUMMY!

Peel & boil potatoes. Drain, then with a mixer add a stick of butter, 1 cup of sour cream, a little milk and 3tsp garlic salt(more or less to taste). Then put in a 9x13 or other casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45min. Then add cheese and bacon and bake another 10min or unil cheese is melted.

I'm probably going to add cheese to the inside as well tho!
