Wednesday--what a difference a week will make!

Last Wed I was packing up for IL! Today I'm living the life of leisure!

Ok, I woke up and discovered that hte ball workout was effective as usual and my abs were a tiny bit sore, my legs are still screaming AND my shoulder that scrubbed the van was added to the mix.....UGH! But today is the last warm day so I went out and washed the inside of the van. I rarely mess w/teh back of the van cuz no one is ever back there and man were they nasty! BLACK was on that rag! I have lots of streaks, but as I told Dh, at least I can see the streaks now.;) I only did the cardio cuz it was a pilates workout and my body was telling me to lay off today and I knew I was going to do the van. So I just need to work on some spots on the rug and call it a day. Someone (not naming any names MOM) got something from their shoes on the carpet and I thought repeated vacuuming might get it out, but it hasn't!LOL So I get to spray and scrub. It looks like some kind of dust--I don't know from where around here (outside) that she'd have gotten it tho.
