A GOT A GOODNIGHT'S SLEEP!!!!!!!!!! I slept all night and didn't have any nightmares!!!!!!!!!!! That was obviously a good start to my day! Cardio was a ball workout, which was welcomed since my legs weren't too happy about all the squats and lunges that I did yesterday.;) Yoga was just nice stretching. And I decided to wash the van this morning. Dh told me where he put the hoses and seemed excited about me washing it so I figured why not. I was going to do it tomorrow, but I need a day of rest--and that's tomorrow (not from working out--just from things that need to be done around here). And we have a field trip to the Christmas tree farm today so I needed to get moving. It ws 44 out and I was dreading it completely and even thought about taking $7 out of savings to wash it, but decided to try it first. It went MUCH better than I thought! The van was soooooooooooo disgusting. You can at least tell that it's white now and read the words on the side and back and I can see out the back window now.;) yes, it was that bad. I hated to be seen in it!LOL It's not as clean as DH would get it, but it at least gives him a break from doing it during his busy season.

Now off to shower..........
