breads and cheesballs are done!

Ok, I'm moving today! I did both cardio and yoga (great!), have the laundry done (for today--I'm doing clothes tomorrow), and made 4 cheeseballs (2 big and 2 small), have 3 lattice breads (apricot!) in the oven and have the chocolate chip banana bread almost ready to go. MIL gave me a stoneware minibundt pan a couple of years agoa nd I've never used it. I had 4 bananas so I have 2 loaves of banana bread, but not 2 loaf pans!LOL So I think it will make 6 mini bundt pans. Maybe 5. But that's OK. They all have homes!LOL Anyway I greased the minibundt pan since it's never been used and I'm letting that soak in a bit before I dump the batter in.

I still need to shower, but I"ll do that while the banana bread bakes. THEN I can collapse!LOL Thankfully we have enuf food that I don't need ot cook the next 2 days so I'm pretty much done. I meet my mom and the geriatric club she hauls around monthly for their lunch tomorrow and I'll deliver 1 cheeseball and 2 banana breads then. I'll buy more crackers and we'll deliver the other one to horseman (he gets a lattice bread too).

I used heavy cream in the lattice bread so they didn't rise alot, but they should still be good!
