![]() went to town adn backOk, I was kind of peeved. Sure, we have no money, but DH has a wad that's his own stash. We left for town a little after 4 and got home after 7 and we ate when we got home!!!!!! Which means that Joey is over 30 min late for bed. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but it is for Joey. We had plenty of leftovers, but I guess that's not hte point. I don't even know why it honked me off since we seldom go out to eat anyway. I was kind of irked anyway tho. We don't have a Kroger card and that's the only way to get a cheap turkey so we had to buy it at Walmart. Then we went to Joann's to get fabric for the boys' Christmas PJs. Here I thought I was getting a jump on it--THEY HAD TWO YARDS OF CHRISTMAS FLANNEL LEFT!!!!!!!! She couldn't even tell me if they were going to get more in or not!!!!!!!!!! So they boys are getting Christmas PANTS and I'll buy a matching Tshirt (or the like--a raglan would be perfect, but I doubt that I could find the right colors) and Joann had some rubber buttons. Pretty cool. They were white snowflakes and the fabric I got is blue w/bluer snowflakes and then snowmen embriodered on them. It's VERY cute. I just needed twice as much fabric! The lady didn't even think I could get 2 pants out of them. I'll show her.............even if I have to put a ruffle on teh bottom to make them longer!LOL No really, I can get some blue fabric and add to the bottom to make them longer (or to match the Tshirt--I'm leanign towards red) and depending on how short I am running, I can use other fabric for the elastic casing. Then we walked thru the new Kohls and stopped by Autozone. We always have to stop by autozone. And as we were paying in Walmart, I saw 2 reciepts in my wallet--NTO in the checkbook that was runnign quite low to begin with...........I just told DH to remind me to transfer money. A bit later, I remembered that we have $200 in uncashed checks and I can add a good bit of that back int othe checkbook (check lost int he mail late spring). WHEW!
