Great Friday!

I'm doing GREAT today! I did cardio and have a good jump on laundry. The pumpkin soup is made and in the crock pot and at the rate that I am going, I will be able to leave early enuf to pick up the cinnamon mom wanted BEFORE the HS event!! I need to go to the butcher afterwards as well for the smoked stuff.

And one of the  HS moms called. Her DH has been having health issues and they drive a long way for docs and they went yesterday and got the news that there is nothign that can be done to help him. And she's having a hard time dealing w/him being chronically (not terminally) ill for the rest of his life. She said she didnt' feel like cooking and baking and I told her that she was more than welcome to come w/o food and that no one would care and if she didnt' want to do that, that she could still bring the children to the nursing home.
