I forgot!

My brother.........need I say more.......LOL He saw a guy's house for sale and stopped and asked if he could buy the wooden playstructure. Fine. So he makes my sister and I go over to move this thing as well. This is a TALL structure--about as tall as the guy's roof. He expected 6 of us to pick this thing up and LIFT IT OVER A FENCE! We got there and I sat in the van just LAUGHING. I mean NO WAY on the planet were we gonna do what he thought we could. Now, you have to understand that we attended the rival school of my dad's and this is CONSTANTLY brought up. So we tip the thing over and it's HEAVY. 7 of us (the guy selling it was trying to help) couldn't hold it up. There was some 'discussion' and my brother is a 'my way or hte highway' kind of guy. Dad wanted to use one of hte ladders to run it thru the structure and hten we could pick it up using the ends of the ladder. They were all saying the ladder would break. AFter a few minutes of getting nowhere and everyone seriously gassy from the food we'd eaten and my sister and I just trying really hard not to laugh (she more than me cuz I was just laughing!LOL), the guy takes off ot see if any of his neighbors were there and my brother goes back to collect 2 of his neighbors. So the 5 of us are like, forget them and we start dragging the thing. Did I mention we took the guy's fence apart? We had about 6 inches to spare to speak the thing thru! We used tiebacks (or something like that) to attach the ladder to the structure (like my dad wanted) and we just drug that sucker right thru! The seller came back as we got close to the fence. Dad was trying to 'loosen' the post to get it out of the way too, but instead, he probably just wrecked the guy's fence cuz the post is now just REALLY loose!LOL So he helps us finish dragging it up to the trailer. I would just bust into fits of laughter and was fairly useless overall. Meanwhile my dad keeps talking about his idea(s) and saying his school name and graduation date.  (his school mascot was an eagle so we call him a chickenhawk!LOL) Well Dh pipes up w/one of his ideas and says HIS school name and graduation date and my dad, who doesn't always hear well, says, Latter Day? Like the saints? DH's mascot, ironically enuf, was, Saints, so that sent me into even more fits of laughter. I am sure that seller was ready for us to LEAVE his property and then never come back!ROTFL!!!! As soon as we get the structure up to the trailer, my brother and his 2 neighbors show up!ROTFL!!!!!
