The cake: I didn't even eat a whole piece! I am SOOOOOOOOOOOO mad right now! I tipped teh scale at 148!!!!!!! I nearly had cardiac arrest! I ate ALOT yesterday, but COME ON! Put on 3 lbs in ONE DAY? I think not. Part of it was lack of water. BUT I told DH salads for lunch for the next 4 days. Period end of discussion. I don't know what else to do. i truly didnt' think my eating was THAT bad. I have even stayed out of the wine in the frig cuz of calories (for 2 months now!)

It's certainly not cuz I am lazy. Today was an interval training that absolutely kicked my backside. I don't know. Diet is all that can be left....................unless my insulin is messed up again and then I am just out of luck.;(

WEll as of right now, I plan on going to library on Thrus. A day out for crafts sounds good to me...... I do have another kleenex box and I"ll try to get it covered for Mat. We need Vday boxes for HS party next Friday. YIKES! I just realized I need VALENTINES for Thursday! I have some in the basement I need to drag out so they can start signing their names.

I got that $75 gift card to a Simon mall and Ayres in Castleton is going out of business. A lady at church had the cutest leather jacket and her Dh (who bought it for her for Christmas) said they had a nice leather selection. So mom is going to watch the kids and i am dragging my sister to go look. SIL said they start their clearances today. Hopefullly something is left........
