tonight's supper...

Dh called and wants to go a truck pull............w/a hog roast afterwards. Yes, I'm willing to freeze for a few hours so that I don't have to cook supper!LOL

He failed to mention that I needed to make a SIDE DISH for this event! My sister told me. Thanks to having just cleaned out the pantry, I knew I had 2 boxes of stuffing htat makes in 5 minutes. I only had 3, but it worked!LOL

Of we are all just about ready to go and no phone call!LOL OH well, I guess that means that there is time to wash the dishes (they should be cool enuf by now).
