Tuesday

My eating has been awful. So much so that I hadn't stepped on the scale in several days. I forced myself last night fully expecting to see a 150+, much to my shock, I did NOT! What a boost! And it was a boot camp workout, but my hip was hurting me too badly (not sure why) to do yoga. I did the initial stretch and then JOey needed wipes up stairs and well.........I have to trim mow and dig sweet potatoes so it's not like I'll be laying on my laurels all day--KWIM?

I just need to figure out something for supper tonight......gotta be an easy one since we have soccer pics at 5:30.

Hi Dana,
We have Soccer pics tomorrow evening so I'm thawing a whole chicken today so tomorrow it can bake and be cooling while we are gone!

That sounds like a great idea! I was leaning towards getting out soem soup t hat I have frozen to thaw so that it's just heat'n'eat tonight. WE have chili and potato--oh the decisions!ROTFL!!!!!
