WOW!

I'm tired, but doing pretty good! I have the chicken and bruschetta in the frig 'marinating'--it smells fantastic! I just finished up the bfast casserole and it's in the frig too. I have the cupcakes made (and all that mess cleaned up!LOL) and now just to ice them. They aren't 'normal' cupcakes tho. I used white cake mix, sour cream, oil and eggs and then took 1/2 cup of hte batter and added brown sugar nad cinnamon. You put that batter in the 'middle' of the other batter and bake. Then you divvy up the frosting and add brown sugar and cinnamon to part of it and ice it w/the white (w/tips--like an ice cream cone) and then in the 'creases' you ice it w/the brown sugar icing. Pretty cute! In the magazine anyway!ROTFL!!!!!! We'll see how mine turn out. They will taste great tho and that's all that matters. Once that's done, I'm ready for tomorrow! I need to pack up stuff--Mat's school, library books and soccer shoes. I just have to bake the casserole in the morning and I'll be set.

So I only have to bake the chicken and make rice for supper and that's done. I'm more tired than I thought I'd be, but there is light at the end of the tunnel.............too bad that's Monday!LOL
