A whole new woman!

Dh had the boys outside towing them in wagons. He was 'test driving' my dad's new tractor (we are hauling it over tomorrow) and attached the wagons to the back and gave the kids rides. I could barely keep my eyes open and I knew that was not helping my patience level. SO I TOOK A NAP! I don't know for how long, but it was great!LOL Then I went to the bulk food store. I had another nice talk w/the owner. I feel so badly for her. She catered to the AMish for years and they were a big part of her business. One approached her about buying hers and she told him everything--how to run it, where she buys, how to price, etc. The built a building and opened their own store (w/a deli and bakery) and she's out all their business. She feels very betrayed by them and I don't blame her. We were heartily warned when we moved here and she said that she was too and now she wishes she would've listened. But she gave me this spice guide! She said it was cuz I"m in there all the time--I wasn't sure if that was good or bad!ROTFL!!!

And 1.5 hours until the mom comes.........she's always late tho. The potato soup is looking good and we plan on eating at 6. I was going to get out hte leftover homemade ice cream from the bday party and let them have at it.
