115 lbs more of tomatoes DONE!!!!!!!

Well, they are cooking down into sauce, but they sure are pretty like that! I got up at 7:15 and got moving on that. So ANOTHER day that I did not work out. But I'm about ready to collapse since I have also done quite a bit of laundry, got hte bell peppers ready to stuff tonight and other stuff. Mat's almost done w/school too. I just wish I could get some REST! I have nothing planned for tomorrow but exercise and a shower. I wish I had a book to read, but taht's OK. I'm just glad the kitchen is cleaned up and ready to process. And this is the last of my sauce for the year so no more strainer to clean! I love that device but I'm not a fan of cleaning it!LOL
