![]() Sunday! WHEW!We made it to church and saw Mat! We hadn't even talked to him all weekend while he was at my parents! He and my dad had a BLAST! Mom said that dad really stepped up to the plate--made sure he had food to eat and everything!ROTFL! If you knew my dad, you'd know why this is a big deal. Normally you are just left to fend for yourself--no matter the age!LOL The had fun at the sale and I really think Mat got a lot out of it. I heard him retelling his other gpa about it (my dad was bidding on a tractor). Dad even (jokingly) asked Mat to come live with him!LOL So I left at children's message and got my room ready. I also listened in on children's church (right outside my door). Joey did NOT keep his mouth shut! He talked when she asked, but to the point of not letting other ppl! Altho she did laugh (she was fine w/him) when she was talking aobut her hearta nd Joey told her that the esophagus is next to the heart!ROTFL! But imagine my dissappointment after all that planning to have Joey be my only student! So I didn't even hold class (I'm going to go over it w/him later this week) as my Sunday School class was supposed to make the drinks for the church picnic. Altho Joey got to see Miss Connie--which I was informed thru wails that he was VERY dissappointed that she was not teaching and that I WAS!LOL Then to Taco Bell. And then the men piled in the new truck so I rode w/SIL to Old Navy adn then Marshalls. I only bought socks for Mat and I cuz that's all that was left to get us thru winter. By the time we got back to the house and Joey off the tractor (an adult driving) and Mat off the riding lawnmower (he was driving), it was nearly 4. It's an hour home and we need to leave at 5 for Hide'n'Seek club (like Awanas). So we barely made it there on time and left DH home to finish getting the hardware on the door handle on. By the time I got back, he had emptied the shelved that we were replacing brackets on and we got all the shelves done (and cleaned). Then out to pick tomatoes. We got 5.5 five gallon buckets and about 3/4 of the one of hte full buckets was bad ones. So the tomato patch is clean.:) As soon as we were done w/that it was back in to change clothes again and pick the boys up. Then home to set up for canning today. I WAS TIRED! Joey had a blast at his first night of Hide'n'Seek club! They said he did great. And yesterday must've worn him out cuz he slept an hour later than usual today!
