Pretzel Recipe

3 cups of flour

1 pkg yeast

1/2 tsp sugar

1 cup warm water (for yeast)

Mix up and let rise. Punch down and divide into 12 equal portions. Roll out 18" and shape into pretzel. Let rise 30 min. Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tsp water for egg wash. Brush on pretzel and sprinkle on salt. Bake at 475 for 10-12 min.

Thank you for posting this. I have a pretzel recipe somewhere but I am not sure where. I think I will make these with the kids tomorrow.
