Wow! What have we accomplished today!

Things are moving here !I did my interval training and then yoga. To burn more calories, I dusted right away. Then I went all out on toast for bfast. I was going to make corn chowder in the CP for dinner since we'll be canning salsa. I wanted something easy. ANd while rooting thru the freezer for something, the beef tamales were in my way. So I decided that would be even EASIER! Just toss them in the oven and take them out and eat. No prep and the boys can do it themselves. Then we picked the tomatoes. Joey really loves feeding the pigs the nasties!LOL We didn't even do 3 plants and had plenty for tonight. The other plants are just dripping so I told DH last night that I want to pick the rest on Thursday (when we have stuffed green peppers) and I'll prep the other stuff (green peppers, onions, etc) so that I can get up Friday adn GO! I don't think I'll be able to workout cuz I need to get a good head start on this. There are ALOT OF TOMATOES!!!!!!! I bet five 5 gallon buckets of them anyway. Which if I can get it all cooked down far enuf, will be about 35ish pints of spaghetti sauce! YUMMY!!!!!!!!! THEN a week from this Saturday, I'll do plain juice. And one more day of salsa after today and that's done. 56 pints this year! YEHAW! I'm totally stoked about taking inventory this year! We have SCADS of tomato stuff given what we still have leftover from last year!
