Good news!

I dug out some jeans for Mat nad there were 3 blue pair and 1 black pair that fit him! 2 of them were even new!WAHOO!!!!!!!!! I am VERY relieved. I bought him his kackis today so he's ready for fall now. At least until the knees wear out!LOL

ANd I took inventory on my tomato products and i have 27 pints of spaghetti sauce leftover from last year! WAHOO!!!!!! This takes a lot of pressure off of me and I can concentrate on the salsa (Dh likes the Ball mix so I jsut do that. I've tried homemade, but he doesn't like those). I'll do some plain saucea nd probably some spaghetti sauce, but I won't be killing myself like normal to get it done.

I'm craving salsa! I've never tried making it. But I have seen the mix in the package. I think I will try that next year. Great job on your tomatoes this year!

Buy one of those packs and try it. It's soooooooooo easy to do! We did those 3 batches in less than 4 hours. It's only 35 min for processing time. And my DH is a salsa-aholic!LOL He eats it almost every day for lunch. I figure he's getting tomatoes and vinegar, which are both good for you so I'm willing to can it! He went thru 42 pints last year so I'm upping it to 56 this year.;)
