Salsa time!!!!!

We did 3 batches of salsa tonight! WAHOO! We got 19 pints instead of 21, but oh well. 5 more batches and we'll be done w/salsa. Unfortunately, we'll need to can w/in a week I fear and I don't know WHEN! If I do, I'll probably do spaghetti sauce so it can cook down all day. It would be a small batch (by my standards), but that's always a good warm up. And these Mountain Spring tomatoes that DH got this year (new variety for us) are HUGE! Some of them anyway. I got 3 cups of diced tomatoes from one tomato and over 3 cups from another!!!!!!
