Good start--onions are curing!

I've done my regular workout and yoga, laundry is moving along nicely and I have 41 onions curing. I don't know that I"ll be able to store any of them or not, but I needed them picked and so here we go. My sister wants some and my mom might (not sure how hers did) and they rest will probably get used in canning. I've got the cukes and peppers picked so relish will get canned today! Dh will can it since he likes it done on the grill and i do NOT TOUCH THE GRILL unless it's a last resort. So I'll have it all ready and hopefully he'll get home in time. Otherwise I guess he'll simmer and fill jars himself!LOL I'm hoping for 8-10 pints.

And since i picked too many peppers, we're going ot have stuffed peppers. I was going to do it tonight, but I think I'll do it tomorrow night. I'm goign to stuff them w/meatloaf so I don't get alot of turned noses. Dh will hate it, Mat will get threatened to take and bite nad Joey and I just might enjoy it.....;)
