Day is done!

Dh has been painting, but stopped long enuf to grill the pork steaks--YUMMY! But he was running way behind so I bathed Joey and then we ate and then Joey went straight to bed. Mat had been asking to swim all day so after dinner (8pm) he went to the pool and sinc eI see the pool from the kitchen window, I finally chopped all those onions. So I have them int he freezer and ready for when I need them. Next and last time will be done w/the food processor.

That is a great idea. I have tons of onions in the garden and sometimes we dont use them fast enough from the stores and they go bad. I think I am going to chop up some tomorrow.
