School time is here!

I'm finally getting motivated. I got the lessons entered in HS tracker and looked over Mat's bible. There is an experiment in science tomorrow as well. He's all about science and I'm VERY glad I ordered the experiment kit. Sheer laziness, but with everything we have going on, it's nice to just pull what I need out of a box and be done w/it. I need to take a closer look at math adn figure it out. Saxon 5/4 is a bit different from the lower levels and while we both like it, I need to look more closely at hte teacher portion.

And Mat got what he didn't do yesterday done AND all of today's work so we are back on track. Too bad I still haven't ordered history/ss for him yet! I'm totally at DH's mercy on this and it's hard! But since it's on the computer, I think Mat will really take to it and finish it quickly.

I'm getting excited to start school. My start date is still over a month away but we are going to try and squeeze in a few field trips and "extras" before the summer is over. We have a mini trip at the beginning of August that I can plan some educational stuff in. Yeah!

LOVE HS tracker. And I haven't even officially started. LOL
