Thanks everyone!

I know we'll have a blast on vacation! DH said he's taking off of work at 11, but that's DH time!LOL I hope to leave by 1! Yesterday at the grocery, I saw an ad for UP to $7 off HOliday Worlda nd I had a sneaking suspicion that it was teh same 'ad' I had (w/o buying anything!) and after asking the cashier (it was on the check out reciept, which said to see the Roselyn Recipe items for details) who sent me to the service desk, who sent me to the bakery (where I wanted to go straight to) who had the sign that said see receipt for details, and back to the cashier w/one Roselyn item, we got another receipt saying that it expired Juse 30th (today). They let me return it!LOL

I also got 4 books at the library for ME to read. 3 are a trilogy, which will be nice to read in one fell swoop. The other one is something about Leaves of Hope. Probably about marijuana!ROTFL!

And I am soooooooooooooooooooo glad baseball is OVER! Mat was one of the few runs scored at last night's slaughter so he was happy. It's a double elimination tourney and they could still be 2nd, but I doubt it. BUT you know what I'm MOST excited about? NOT BEING AROUND THIS ONE LADY! She and the neighbor have infant dd's so there was a connection. But that was it. This lady is one who yells at the umps, curses, etc. I usually walk away and actually WATCH the kids alot (the ones not playing!LOL). Well last night she must've been in RARE form. I mentioned that we needed to hit Pizza Hut alot before Joey turns 4 (he won't get the buffet free then) and her DH said, oh he'd be 3 for at least 6mo to a year. I was thinking, Um, no, that's lying and I'm just not up for that. So she goes on to say they went to Disney in Jan and said that their FOUR YEAR OLD was TWO so that they wouldn't have to pay, along w/some other things. I was trying to be nice and felt compelled to say SOMETHING and I said, well Mat's old enuf to know that that is lying and I'd rather not set that example. Oh well, we just sent our oldest off and he doesn't know. I was thinking, wanna make a bet???? The irony is that said 4yo LIED to them during the game. All kids lie, I get that, but how hard is to say don't lie, when they know you do? I VIVIDLY recall my dad telling me not to tell my age so he wouldn't have ot pay for me to get into the JOhn Dillinger exhibit. VIVIDLY. Anyway, then it moved to car seats. She tried telling us that IN is the ONLY state w/8yr/80lb restrictions. Ummmmmm, no they are not. Said 4yo had been out of a harness seat since he was 2. Infant dd is turning face forward at 9mo, oldest doesnt' need a booster seat, etc, etc. Fine. AFter you have an accident, let me hear what tune you are singing. I don't necessarily agree with needing laws about car seats, but I do think they should be used properly. I told her Mat was STILL in a car seat cuz he's not 4'9" and she nearly freaked out. She tried telling me that kids were better off with NO car seats and that she's taken her dd (9mo) in the car w/o one. Fine. Again, talk to me after an accident. I went thru hell and back to have my kids and I couldn't handle the guilt I'd feel if I lost simple cuz *I* felt car seats were *stupid*. Oh there was some other hot button she was all over. My mom showed up for the car seat and tried a couple of rounds and I just whispered to her to drop it. The neighbor and I weren't saying much and just letting this lady run off at hte mouth and my life is miserable enuf here w/o my mom's help.  Yes, ask me again how much I will miss baseball. And while I did try to stay away, my neighbor didn't. Which is fine. But all our kids play together and it wasn't like I could just totally avoid her. Heck Joey wants to invite the 4yo to his bday party!ROTFL!!!!!!

Ok, it's 7:30 so I supposed I should get moving. Laundry doesn't start itself!;)
