insurance update

Well i found out that wasn't exactly waht's going on. By taking the check, we are assuming 50% responsibility. I'm just aggravted w/the whole thing and i was FURIOUS w/State Farm's claim rep. I actually said TELL ME THIS IN ENGLISH! I"m not stupid, but she apparently couldn't vary from her script and REFUSED to really help me much so I called the agent. I've been on the phone quite a bit.

WHY ARE WE EVEN PAYING THE AGENT????????

But it's OK. Since we've been accident free for 10 years, this would count as 'forgiven' (but another accident would do us in and raise our premiums since we'd loose the 10 year accident free) and since they aren't claiming any damages, State Farm has to pay nothing out to them. But that's what they didn't understand and were telling me that they were going ot refuse this. BITE ME! YOU AREN"T EVEN LISTENING TO ME! They were way too concerned about saving the almighty dollar. Sue happy freaks have done this. Thank you........
