They aren't paying my auto claim!

Grrrrrrrrrrr, my ins called w/the bad news today. She said it was a word vs. word claim and that their carrier more than likely won't pay. She is sending us a copy of hte police report and she read it to me and it says NOTHING about them not stopping and me having to chase them down and NOTHING about the other guy admitting to the policeman that his trailer hit the culvert and bounced into my van!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so upset. I just expect ppl to be honest and that's just not the case here.

I so don't want to tell Dh this.

Oh, that's just terrible. How could that NOT have gotten on the police report?? Is there anything now that you can do?
