WEEEEEEEEEEEEEDS!!!!!!

OH UGH! That was WAY more of a job than I thought! Mat helped me (I use that term loosely, but....) and it took us almost an HOUR! And that was just around the house and pool! The up side is that if I can get in the garden tomorrow that it will not take long at all. THANK YOU GOD FOR ROTOTILLERS!

And I had seriously scrub my hands cuz I needed to get the whites hung up!LOL

So there is only 1.5 loads left on the line drying and the weeding is done. Whew........my back is killing me and my legs were like JELLO when we got done!

Also I am thinking of putting more hostas around the pool. The ones there now are so big that there is virtually no weeding to do. Nor around the silver mound, but the spots i leave open for annuals take SO MUCH weeding! The current hostas are green w/white around the outside. They are OK. I much prefer the curlier leafed ones that are white w/green sort of 'striped' in them. But I haven't seen that kind other than what I transplanted from t he old house! So I'm thinking of the blueish green hostas for the other spots. There would be weeding the 1st couple of years, but then I'd be home free. But I'm afraid I'd miss the color. I have red geraniums out there this year and they really are eye catching.......
