Long day.....

or so it seems. Mat's game was OK. I have to accept the fact taht he just doesn't care about sports. I was so athletic growing up that it kills me to see wasted talent. Oh well. Not his thing. My parents came and they came back to the house for a bit. Mom said I need to be sprayign my trees more, but I don't know if I believe her. DH rototilled around what I weeded yesterday in the garden so that looks nice. The stuff still under milk jugs looks GREAT. And I lost the 2 eggplants out in the open adn the jugs saved the other 2. My herb garden is GORGEOUS. Now to figure out what to do with them!LOL Then the boys swam for a bit. The guy painting the neighbor's barn stopped by to see if we wanted anything painted so he and DH worked out something for the barn roof. DH talks about hemmoraging money and then this. We still have to buy the stuff for the house and deck and then the paint for the barn. He said he was using his horse sale money to pay for the barn roof. I don't know what i was supposed to say (I'm still upset w/him) and I just said nothing. I did call the log cabin guy and asked him how much the stuff was that we needed. DH  just seemed rather immobilized by it all. I know he feels like he's walking on eggshells, but I don't know how else to get his attention.

So we went down to the neighbor's and saw their barn to inspect the paint job. And he was putting up a fence for cows so hea nd DH talked about that. Then home for homemade pizza. I made that herbed whole wheat crust last week and had some hamburger that needed to be used AND we've got that cool front until tomorrow so I figured I'd better take advantage of that.

Now I"m just ready for bed.
