Ins guy just called. Our rates aren't good for much longer!LOL WE've been dragging our feet hoping the market would rebound before we need to cash this chunk out. OH well.

I worked out, mopped and vacuumed--even the basement since Joey took cheese crackers down there (a big no no) and got them everywhere. BOth boys are basically done w/school, too. And I finished the book I started yesterday. I also called and got last month's mtg pymt fixed. They couldn't run yesterday's cuz what I have done requires supervisory overrides! IT"S RIDICULOUS! We are a payment ahead and pay extra on prinicple--THIS IS NOT THAT HARD! SO I got today's reciepts and compared them to last month's. I must've been in a hurry last month and we did make an extra principle payment (in addition to the normal extra!LOL), but I quickly realized that hte numbers weren't adding up. If they don't, that means that our 'extra principle' is sitting in an unused acct (attatched to the mtg). Which seems incredibly stupid to me, but this has happened soooooooooooo many times. I was very grateful that the lady who knows all about this answered the phone and I simply said, this is Dana w/the awful mtg--she knew exactly who I was and laughed!LOL So she's getting it fixed and it should be OK by tax time.

So now for a quiet afternoon and evening........
