Rhubarb cookies.....

Ok, I decided to do some more today. I have most of the grocery list done. I also made a batch of rhubarb cookies. Then I made a batch of lemon/white chocolate chip cookie dough, shaped it into a log and froze it. So tomorrow I only have to make the tater tot casserole and rhubarb coffee cakes. Amoung my many other things to do.
I did also get the laundry completely done and the ironing.

So I feel like I got a pretty good handle on things for now. Good thing since baseball is in 45 min......

Rhubarb cookies?? What do they taste like (I don't even know what Rhubarb tastes like) however I have 4 GIANT rhubarb plants.... Could you share the recipe?

I made too many things today to remember it and I'm too tired to walk downstairs and walk back up!LOL I'll post it tomorrow tho! It's very simple. Mix and spoon out and bake.

You are like supermom! I so want to be like you. I have like 20 loads of laundry to do (clothes to give away not our personal laundry) and we are leaving tomorrow for a mini-vacation. Looking forward to the recipe, FIL will love them.
