Chocolate Zucchini Bars

Ingredients:

1 cup shortening

1/2 cup oil

1 3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup sour milk (sour milk is 1 cup of milk w/1T vinegar or lemon juice)

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups grated zucchini

2 1/2 cups flour

1/2 tsp soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

4 T cocoa

Chocolate chips as desired

Cream shortening, oil, and sugar. Add sour milk, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in zucchini. Mix in dry ingredients. Pour into 10x16 inch jelly roll pan. Sprinke chocolate chips over top of batter. Bake 30 minutes in 50 degree oven.
