I don't believe I have shared before about my niece who has Cerebal Palsey. She is four years old and has been in and out of the hospital for surgeries. She went in mid-October for another, and she has had difficulty staying out since then. She is in again after contracting a virus, which would mean a cold for most of us. Her breathing is so labored that she can't eat and will have to be hospitalized until this passes. I spent the day at the hospital helping her 7 month old who also had to be admitted for croup. It is a challenging time for their family. Please remember them in your prayers. I have been working on the second post for my nurturing our families series, but I haven't been able to complete it yet. It is about the modern culture, so check back later this weekend if you are interested in reading about it. Right now I am also trying to transition my two little boys into the same room. They just have such a hard time falling to sleep when they are together, but I am running out of options for putting them in two separate rooms. It is challenging, but I am going to make it work this time. For now, I have to monitor them constantly and train them that their are penalties for talking or goofing around.
