Beans, Pears, Peppers, Tomatoes, and so much more

I have been canning like a mad woman. I am up at 5:00 in the morning on my days off trying to get the first batch in. The headline says it all as far as what we have been up to. I have 75 pounds of tomatoes waiting to be stewed and juiced. I also plan on some becoming barbeque sauce, ketchup, and tomato paste. I fear my green beans are done, so I am done canning them I guess. I have enough peppers to last the year, but I could use some more pears and peaches. Apples are yet to come as well as corn. We are busy, busy, busy but very blessed. |
