Another day comes to an end on the homestead.  The children are in bed, our guests left a little while ago, the kitchen is almost cleaned up, the day is behind us.  I got the seedlings started with my oldest son.  He was a huge help.  DH tried to till the garden, but it was still awfully frozen.  Two mending projects got finished and some knitting done.

As we talked at dinner with our friends, so many projects that I would like to get done came up.  We talked of remodeling the kitchen, building a smoker, building an outside wood dehydrator, a bigger chicken coop so we can raise more of our own meat.  My husband said he would like me to just let him focus on one project at a time.  I am thinking I should make a prioritized list for him.  He'll love that!  

Tomorrow is a holiday from work, which I just think of as a "stay at home mom day."  I'll be back tomorrow.  Expect me to be a Friday thru Sunday blogger, with not a lot to report during the work week.
