Our day is somewhat relaxed around here. We had breakfast and then I quilted while the girls knitted for about an hour. Then we went out and planted some more in the garden. I am spending a few moments recording what we planted and where it is. The bread is baking for lunch and as soon as it is finished we'll eat. So far we have planted - potatoes, peas, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, bok choi, onions, lettuce, beets, and carrots. I am concerned that we won't have enough room for everything. It seems like there is always more to plant and I am not always sure where to put it. After lunch the girls and I will make some soap, finish up the laundry, work on dinner, and clean the house. Tonight I am hoping to go to a friend's house to visit with some ladies. Tomorrow we have baking and cooking to do. We also need to organize some of our food stores. Happy homesteading. . .
