Wednesday, March 19, 2008Dinner tonightI had to share what I am making for tonight in my crockpot. It is so yummy, and easy.
Mexican Casserole (in the crockpot) 1 lb ground beef 1 can 15 1/4 oz corn, drained salt pepper 1 jar or 11 oz salsa 5 cups egg noodles (I am using regular elbows, I ran out of egg noodles) 1 can diced tomatoes undrained 28 oz 1 cup water 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Brown beef and transfer to slow cooker. Top with corn. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Pour salsa over all. Top with noodles. Pour tomatoes and water over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook for about 4 hours or until noodles are tender. Serves about 6. | 0 comments | Link Leave a Comment { Last Page } { Page 293 of 607 } { Next Page } |
