Nourishing Traditions & CVS

Well I have yet another book to add to my pile I am reading.  Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon.  I started to read the introduction today and can't wait to read more!  What was really interesting is when she says that when Weston Price researched the population groups that were untouched by civilization, living entirely on local foods that they were a lot more healthy!  This is going to be a good read!

Also I don't want to bore anyone with pictures of my CVS deals today.  To make a long story short I had some time today and went to a few CVS's.  It would be hard to post all my deals since they are on different receipts.  I bought everything I said I was going to.  I took my mom to her local CVS today and showed her how to do the M&M's deal and use the ECB"s to purchase the Speedsticks.  She walked out with 10 bags of candy and 5 Speedsticks and got back what she spent in Extra Bucks!  I think we are going to make it a tradition that we get together on Friday afternoon and go to CVS.
