Breakfast Casserole:

1 2lb bag frozen hash browns

1lb breakfast sausage

1 large onion, chopped

1lb cheddar cheese, shredded

10 eggs

2 tsp. ground black pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.  Cook the sausage with the onion.  Place the hashbrowns into prepared pan, then top with cooked meat and onions.  Sprinkle cheese on top of the meat.  Scramble the eggs with the black pepper; pour over the cheese.  Bake in 400 degree oven for 30-45 min.
